Truth & Transparency
Have integrity and demand it from others. Never say anything about someone that you wouldn’t say to their face and don’t judge people without accusing them to their face. It is much better to know and understand yourself by being radically open-minded and transparent about your ego’s blind spots. Accepting who you are and where you are at in life will only serve to help you better understand how you can grow and the steps you need to take in order to get where you want to be. In being transparent about how you feel about yourself and others, it will help those around you to be transparent and learn how to better improve themselves as well. We must be careful to not let blind loyalty to people or ideas stand in the way of truth and the well-being of the overall community. By appreciating the art of thoughtful disagreement, one can develop a great culture that allows for more truth & transparency. The Plague Doctor may be shrouded in mystery, but it is through removing the mask of deception that we discover what we are truly made of.
